New features in OrderUp’s ordering system are designed to broaden the online food ordering and delivery service's customer base by appealing to office workers. To date, students have been the company's core client base.
The company this week launched a feature called Order For Later, which allows users to order lunch for one or a team meal in advance.
Flip Sasser, OrderUP's director of product, sees the service as an office alternative to catering. It builds on others launched late last year: group ordering and delivery tracking.
Through group ordering, one person can start an order, then send around a link to the rest of the office. Delivery tracking, available through OrderUp’s mobile app, lets users keep tabs on their food.See Original Article
